For certain remote regions or customs procedures, delivery may require additional time.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an order is returned due to incomplete or incorrect address information, additional reshipping fees may apply.

REFUND POLICY

At Zaffira, we value a thoughtful and seamless shopping experience.
This policy outlines how refunds and store credits are handled for eligible returns.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued exclusively as Zaffira store credit in the form of a digital gift card.
We do not offer refunds to bank accounts, original payment methods, or credit/debit cards.

Processing Timeline

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, eligible store credit will be issued within 7 business days. 

Non-Eligible Returns

Refunds or store credits cannot be issued for:

  • Items returned outside the 7-day return window

  • Items that are worn, damaged, washed, or not in their original condition

  • Shipping fees, duties, or taxes

Store Credit

Zaffira store credits do not expire and may be used toward any future purchase on our store.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you accordingly.
